Purpose: To provide timely and adequate credit to farmers to meet expenses related to Cultivation, Ancillary Activities, Contingencies or others.

Who can Apply: Farmers, engaged in agriculture, cultivating own and /or leased land or farmers in allied activities like Dairy, Poultry, Fisheries, Piggery, Sheep, etc.

Documents Required: Evidence of Land Holding or Allied Activities.

Interest Rate:

Limit	Rate of Interest (MCLR = 8.70%)
Upto ₹ 3.00 Lakh	7 %
More than ₹3Lakh upto ₹10.00 Lakh	MCLR + 2.50 % = 11.20 %
Above ₹ 10.00 lakh	MCLR + 3.00 % = 11.70 %

Processing Fee:
Up to ₹3.00 lakh – NIL
Above ₹3.00 lakh - 0.30 %

Documentation charges :
Up to ₹3.00 lakh – Nil
Above ₹3.00 lakh to ₹ 10.00 lakh – ₹2500
Above ₹10.00 lakh – Min. ₹2500 or ₹100 per Lakh or part thereof Max. ₹15,000

Inspection Charges :
Up to ₹3.00 Lakh - Nil
Above ₹3.00 Lakh to ₹ 10.00 Lakh @ 0.10 % Max. 1000 per inspection
Above ₹10.00 Lakh – ₹ 5000 up to ₹25.00 lakh per inspection
Above ₹ 25.00 Lakh - ₹ 10,000 per inspection

Validity of limit: Limit is sanctioned for 5 Years subjected to annual review.

Security:
•Up to ₹1.60 Lakh – Hypothecation of Crop
•Above ₹1.60 Lakh – Charge on Land
