Eligibility
SEP – 1 - Under employed and unemployed urban poor interested in setting up small enterprises relating to manufacturing servicing and petty business. Women beneficiary should be above 30% of the beneficiaries. SC&ST must be benefited at least to the extent of the proportion of their strength in the city/town population of poor. A special provision of 3% reservation should be made for the differently abled under this programe. Udyam Registration Certificate is mandatory
SEP – G - The group enterprise should have min 5 members with a min of 5 members with min of 70% members from urban poor family. The application/intent to set up a group enterprise by beneficiaries/group members should preferably be referred by the community structures viz HG/ALF formed under NULM Udyam Registration Certificate is mandatory
SEP – SHG - The group enterprise should have min 5 members with a min of 70% members from urban poor families. The application/intent to set up a group enterprise by beneficiaries/group members should preferably be referred by the community structures viz SHG/ALF formed under NULM Udyam Registration Certificate is mandatory
